Are you neurodivergent, chronically ill, and/or disabled?
Neurodivergent.
What health conditions do you have?
BPD.
How do you explain your health conditions to other people?
I explain that it's like living In black and white.
What impact do your health conditions have on your daily life?
My mental health has a big impact on my daily life. It can be hard to manage every day activities when I'm struggling with my mental health.
What barriers have you experienced in making friends and connecting with people?
Living with BPD has really impacted my relationships. I find it tough to make friends and get to know people when I'm dealing with so much.
What's been your experience on Spoony so far?
I love how I can connect with others who are dealing with similar mental health challenges, it makes me feel less alone.
