Neurodivergent and disabled.
What health conditions do you have?
Anxiety and Depression.
How do you explain your health conditions to other people?
It's not easy but I tell them it is what it is.
What impact do your health conditions have on your daily life?
My mental health affects me every single day. It always has a big impact on how I spend my day and what I can do.
What barriers have you experienced in making friends and connecting with people?
It's tough to find people who are like me, making friends is hard work.
What's been your experience on Spoony so far?
I really like Spoony, I've made friends who are like me!
